When the autumn leave falls

The autumn leaves fall
And so he does but good
In the arms of his maker
His goal accomplished

It gets quiet, deep and still
The land seem even closer
An all encompassing peace,
Pulls him towards his saviour

The music rings louder
Though eyes closed, yet open
To see more than we behold
A light of that great land, home

Home at last with the Hallelujah
Ringing through the air in glory
Shouts of victory and thanksgiving
For he made it against earth’s tide

It is seen as dark but yonder, light
A real glory behold, not a glimpse
Where pain no longer breaks thru’
Where the time is that of fruition

Get excited when it draws near,
For it is a reward to the struggle
Goodbye and Farewell oh earth
For you couldn’t break God’s own

But it shall be one day which shall be known to the Lord, not day, nor night: but it shall come to pass, that at evening time it shall be light. (Zechariah 14:7 KJV)
